Regenerating Soil. Restoring Our Climate. Rebuilding Farm Prosperity.
The Soil & Climate Alliance is a collaborative innovation hub focused on advancing a resilient, equitable, and inclusive agriculture system that regenerates soil health, sequesters carbon, and revitalizes farm and rural economics, while improving water quality, biodiversity, food security, and nutrition.
Our goal: By 2030, 90% of all agricultural acreage in North America uses regenerative multi-practice management systems and meets robust soil-carbon outcomes, engaging all supply chain actors to ensure full support for farmers, with 30% beginning the transition, 30% progressing, and 30% leading.
“Regeneration starts with our own souls and spirits – our relationships with one another."
— Luis Marcos, Executive Director at Comunidad Maya Pixan Ixim
Members of the Soil & Climate Alliance co-create market initiatives and supply chain projects in order to transform the agriculture system at speed and scale. We leverage collaboration to achieve big results – for the Network, among members on their own projects and initiatives, and with others working toward the same goals.
